Q. Is one photo better than another?
A. Yes. Dark,vibrant photos produce vibrant crystal. Light photos produce beautiful but mystical crystal.

Q. How do you get the photo?
A. We either scan, input a digital image or take a picture.

Q. Does this ruin my original photo?
A. No. We scan in your photo. The original is not altered.

Q. Can I bring my photo in a frame?
A. No. We don’t want to risk damaging your frame.

Q. Is there a charge for editing photos?
A. Minor editing (2 min. or less) will be done free of charge. Major editing and adding text is an $8.00 minimum charge.

Q. Do you save the photos in case I want to purchase more?
A. Yes. We save it under your phone number.

Q. I want to use a photo from a professional photographer, can I do that?
A. You must get prior written permission from the studio. A form can be downloaded on our web page.

Q. Can I upload photos from your web page?
A. Yes.

A. Yes. Actual shipping costs and an $8.00 handling charge applies.
